Pre-order vinyl records, tapes & accesories will not be shipped before the arrival date.

Also we bear no responsibility for any technical issues which the users may face when trying to access the website or during their browsing on it, which are related to the performance or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the website.

We are a physical store, and we stock limited quantities of our products. It’s possible to have mistakes on stock quantities. We cannot guarantee the availability of any listed products. However, we update our products regularly, so the availability will be correct, in most cases.

Most of the vinyl records are checked via reproduction on a Shure M44-7 cartridge and Technics SL1200 MK2 turntable. We are using Goldmine Standard for grading the condition of used vinyl records. If we are confused about a grading, we use the lower grade - e.g. when we have to decide for a used vinyl, between “Near Mint” or “VG+” and the truth is somewhere between, we state it as “VG+”.

If we open a sealed record and play it just once, we state it as “Near Mint”.

We are not responsible for any bad pressings or any unexpected “injury” of vinyl records, especially in new ones. We can’t check the reproduction of sealed vinyl records.

Record cover images might be a variation of a specific edition.

All of the digital content that sent to us (audio files/pictures/trademarks) for cutting on vinyl record & printing labels, is legally copyrighted by the undersigned customer.

We are not responsible for the rights of intellectual property and related rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, trade name rights, database rights and related rights of the digital content that you sent to us.

You agree that the purpose of the product that we are selling to you, is only for personal use and has non-commercial character.

All products from the ArtLab section, are handmade and we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Anyone could be allergic to any metal. Nickel is the most common metal allergy. However any metal can cause an allergic reaction, even gold If you’re allergic to it. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction. Before you make a purchase you have to know metals that you are allergic to.
